Job Type: Full-time Position
Pay range: $13-15 an hour
If you are seeking a long-term career with a locally owned, nationally recognized industry leader, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative.
  • Taking phone calls from customers, answer customer service emails
  • Be a professional presence for walk-in customers
  • Provide support to managers and employees with various projects
  • Execute general clerical duties such as faxing, copying, filing and record keeping
  • Perform various data entry, scan and upload documents
  • Maintain a positive image and help handle customer service calls professionally
Experience and Skills
  • High School Graduate, College Graduate preferred
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Must have a professional demeanor and dress

I don’t have services with Culligan but, I recently purchased a house in January and the previous owner had thier water filter installed under the kitchen sink.
